Make sure to read all terms of service before submitting a commission form and/or any other inquiries about my services:
general
I have the right to refuse any commission
I reserve the right to post commissions to my portfolio or social media, unless otherwise discussed
I reserve the right to cancel commissions at anytime, for any reason. Commissions that are cancelled will be fully refunded up to amount paid
I will not accept commissions without adequate visual references and/or an incomplete request form
Please be patient during commission process, as commissions are not my primary occupation
Payment
All commissions include two payments: (i) initial payment and (ii) final payment
Payment only through Ko-Fi or Stripe/Paypal Invoice in USD
Commissions are non-refundable after approval of final sketches
Commissions may be refunded up to 50% during sketching phase
Commissions may be refunded in full if commission is cancelled by the artist

Commissioner has the right to personal use of their commissions.
Commissioners will be given two versions of their requests: (i) a lower-resolution version of the image for reposting and (ii) the original resolution version for other personal use.
Commissioner must credit me via username and/or link to my social media when reposting commissions
Exclusive rights for commissions may be purchased for an additional standard fee
prohibited use
Commissioner may NOT resell their commission(s) to third parties or claim the artwork as their own
Commissioners may NOT mint/sell their commission(s) for NFT or usage on any blockchain/blockchain technology. Any such use are copyright infringements and will be reported
Usage of my commission(s) as training data is NOT allowed. Should the commissioner decide to change or adjust the commission(s) through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge a standard fee per commission.
process
All commissions go through a sketching phase where an initial sketch based on provided reference(s) is given. More complex commissions may offer several initial sketches for commissioner approval. From there, the initial sketch is updated with any necessary details for final approval. Upon final approval by commissioner and full payment of commission costs, the commission proceeds to completion.
Commissioner will also receive periodic updates on the progress of their commission(s) before completion. Small edits and/or adjustments, if any, should be requested as early as possible in the completion process. Such changes later in the commission process may require an additional fee.
